The WEEB-DSK14 is a more generic grounding washer designed by Burndy to be used with multiple bottom-mount and top-clamp PV mounting hardware applications. It is a round washer that can accommodate 1/4 or M6 hardware. Other sizes available for 5/16 and 3/8 hardware.

Heres how it works: When the WEEB is inserted between the module frame and mounting rail, the teeth of the WEEB pierce the anodized coating. The result is excellent conductivity without oxidationbonding the PV module frame with the metal racking structure. Essentially, the module and rail become one singular piece of metal, creating an electrical path to the ground.
