When will my backorder arrive?Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

How much is my shipping?Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Shipping Charges for some items we sell cannot be determined at the time of sale, due to the size, availability and location *****PLEASE NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING CHARGES and Free Shipping Items Some Shipping Costs are estimated at checkout time. Some products must go Freight or come from different warehouses and Shipping Costs must be totaled manually. Free Shipping Items are for the Contiguous 48 States and Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may be more. Free Shipping Items are for Ground shipping only, expedited shipping will cost more. Once these have been purchased, Savegreenmoney.com will contact you via phone or email about your Actual Shipping Costs. What if our order was damaged en route?Some of our favorite products are fragile, and we don't want that to put you off buying them. We wouldn't have them for sale if we were not confident in getting them delivered to you safely. If in the unlikely event, your goods are damaged in transit, we'll replace them for you. In the unlikely event, that your good arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Say it doesn't look damaged when you get it but is not working when you try to use it later. You have 30 days from when it shipped to ask for a return/replacement/refund. Rest assured, if there's a problem, we'll resolve it. That's our promise to you, the buyer.

What if my order is Lost by the carrier?SaveGreenMoney.Com is not responsible for any losses incurred during shipping. Most Major Shipping Carriers estimate a delivery period of 3 - 5 business days within the Continental US. Please contact us and we will forward any request for lost packages to the proper carrier.
